How to Get up early in the morning is very common sentence. For me, As it was actually frustrating because I always oversleep. I would always be late. I was kind of just waste away that period of my morning that I could have been productive.

Getting up early is not only an incredible competitive Advantage because it’s going to be competitors are sleep and getting up early is a great gift to give yourself and get more life better for those that are really. We would have plenty of time to sleep when we are dead so getting up early and getting yourself that 16 minute personal leadership power really practice and be prepared.

Here I tried my best to set up a list, Look at these steps please

Good Sleep

  1. Good Sleep

Good sleep this almost sounds pretty obvious but people really underestimate it. Getting good sleep is extremely important to waking up early even if we have something to look forward to. Even if we have several things that are making me want to wake up. If we get really crappy sleep we are not going to want to wake up in the morning. Good sleep is so important to our bodies that we really want to get a good night’s rest. If we are going to wake up early in the morning and even if we don’t wake up early in the morning, get a good night’s rest sleep is extremely important.

Look Forward

  1. Look Forward

Look forward to something what really has been dragging us out of bed. Is the gym every morning we wake up early to go exercise and that’s really something to look forward to us? Looking forward to something in the morning is really going to help you get out of bed because what you’re going to want to get out of bed, whether it’s the Gym.

stay fit

To every single weekend without getting a massage is not a waste of time.  it’s not a cost, it’s an investment while because it’ll increase your circulation, it’ll help you get by on a lot less sleep but something that people do every 7 days just to allow yourself to play drums.

Best Diet

  1. Best Diet

Best food to have more energy don’t eat after 8 o’clock and every 4 hours little bit of protein, but the real key is fast food manager that you will need less sleep.

Drinking Water

5. Drinking Water

Drinking water right when you wake up is so just perfect for energizing. Because 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or how many hours you slept without drinking water and your body is dehydrated and really needs those liquids to get it. Going get those enzymes flowing in your belly and your blood pumping and it’s just really great to wake you up in the morning it’s hydrating. Personally I don’t even get out of bed until I finished my water. I sit in my bed and drink it all and by the time I’m finished I am ready to start the day. It is really great and if you guys haven’t tried it I really recommend trying it. It may make you feel your stomach feel a little weird in the beginning just because you are not used to putting that much water in your belly right when you wake up but you will get used to it. I still recommend it and it will just hydrate.

Construction began in 292 BC and completed in in 280 BC after twelve years.
The statue Made of Bronze plates attached to iron framework stood on a 15-metre (49-foot) high white marble pedestal filled with stone blocks, near the harbor entrance perhaps on a breakwater,
The Colossus of Rhodes stood for sixty years until an earthquake hit Rhodes in 226 BC and the statue collapsed. And In the seventh century A.D., the Arabs conquered Rhodes and broke it and then 900 camels used to carry away the small pieces and sold it as scrap metal.
“Even as it lies,” wrote Pliny, “it excites our wonder and admiration. Few men can clasp the thumb in their arms, and its fingers are larger than most statues. Where the limbs are broken asunder, vast caverns are seen yawning in the interior. Within it, too, are to be seen large masses of rock, by the weight of which the artist steadied it while erecting it.”

The Greek geographer Strabo, wrote “It consists of vaulted terraces raised one above another, and resting upon cube-shaped pillars. These are hollow and filled with earth to allow trees of the largest size to be planted. The pillars, the vaults, and terraces are constructed of baked brick and asphalt.”
“The ascent to the highest story is by stairs, and at their side are water engines, by means of which persons, appointed expressly for the purpose, are continually employed in raising water from the Euphrates into the garden.”
The Hanging Gardens name comes from an inexact translation of the Greek word kremastos, or the Latin word pensilis, which means not just “hanging” but “overhanging” as in the case of a terrace or balcony.
